Mt Whitney Silver & Turquoise Dangle Earrings

Mount Whitney is the tallest mountain in the contiguous United States and the Sierra Nevada, with an elevation of 14,505 feet (4,421 m). It is located in California, not far from my Tribe's traditional homeland! It is one of the most popular locations for mountain climbers to seek out. These teardrop shaped earrings feature a hand cut silhouette of Mt Whitney with a stamped bear and moon. I carefully add natural turquoise nugget beads to each sterling silver French hook to finish off each pair. Made with care and the highest quality materials in my home studio where I have been making jewelry for over fifty years. Each piece of jewelry is hand made and one of kind. I hand stamp and sign the back of each piece with my name, a bear stamp, and the word "handmade".
